After placing your order:

Within 1–2 business days, you’ll get a personal email from us confirming when your spellwork will begin — and requesting any details we might need from you.

If you don’t see this confirmation within a couple of days, please email us — we’ll resolve it quickly and make sure you’re fully supported.

Guides and Inventions (Digital Downloads)

Downloads (like guides, magical tools, and inventions) are delivered instantly to the email address you provide.

After placing your order:

You’ll receive an automated order confirmation email, followed by a second email with your download link.
